Demeter CI helps farmers across Côte d'Ivoire to become more productive and more profitable. As well as delivering quality inputs to enable farmers to reach their yield and financial potential, we also provide valuable markets for a range of commodities including cashews, cocoa, and fresh produce for export markets overseas.
About the company
Demeter CI was born from the successes of her sister company, Demeter Ghana. Together, Ghana and the Ivory Coast provide 65% of global cocoa supplies, and a lot of the challenges faced by smallholder farmers are common across the two countries.
Demeter CI was initially established as a satellite of Demeter Ghana but, building on the demand for the strong products which have driven such strong growth across the Ghanaian business, we established Demeter CI as a company in 2024. We are excited now to offer our entire product range in Côte d'Ivoire and are excited to build the business in this exciting geography.
