Christopher Rothera

Chris heads Oko Environmental, Demeter's carbon development arm. Oko develops and deploys environmentally and economically impactful Nature-Based Solutions carbon projects in West Africa, generating high-value and high-quality carbon credits. Before joining Oko, Chris founded Canopy Farms Ltd, which developed off-grid solar desalination agricultural solutions for the MENA region to profitably combat food and water insecurity.


